Assaggiamo questa Blanche dei ragazzi di Bergamo caratterizzata da una leggerezza che si riscontra sia a livello alcolico che in tutte le fasi di degustazione.
Giallo paglierino chiaro con un bel cappello di schiuma bianca corposa, il profumo è tenue quanto elegante, bergamotto e coriandolo ci fanno immediatamente immergere nelle atmosfere Belghe.
Bevendola nonostante i fiocchi di frumento aggiunti la Madame risulta molto leggera nel corpo ma il bouquet che percepiamo nel retrolfatto è ricco di sfumature dove ai profumi già citati si aggiungono quelli maltati di miele e camomilla ed un panificato a breve cottura.
Molto estiva, beverina ma con un bel carattere.

Drinking it, despite the added wheat flakes, Madame is very light in the body but the bouquet that we perceive in the aftertaste is rich in nuances where the scents already mentioned are added those malty honey and chamomile and a short cooking bread.
Very summery, drinkable but with a nice character.
