Laguna Beach – American IPA

Le temperature scendono e noi attingiamo alle scorte fatte da Birra Salento, per riaccendere il ricordo delle bevute estive!
La Laguna Beach è una American IPA da 6,5%. Un colore dorato carico e un cappello di schiuma pannoso e persistente fanno da cornice visiva ad aromi leggeri ma decisi, di agrume ed erbaceo.
Il palato inizia con il maltato per virare quasi immediatamente all’agrume e alla frutta esotica per lasciare poi spazio in un finale secco ad un amaro deciso ma non stucchevole.
La velocità con cui ci si svuota il bicchiere, mette la X su “bevuta facile, appagante e gustosa”!

A deep golden color and a creamy and persistent foam cap are the visual frame for light but decisive aromas of citrus and herbaceous. The palate begins with the malty to almost immediately turn to citrus and exotic fruit to then leave room in a dry finish for a strong but not cloying bitterness. The speed with which the glass is emptied puts the X on “easy, satisfying and tasty drink”!
