Ginevra IPA di Birra Alta Quota 5%
All’aspetto dorata carica, al naso giunge subito gentile, le note erbacee escono fuori assieme ad un floreale dolce, ma la Ginevra stupisce in bevuta dove scorre veloce, la luppolatura aggressiva che ti aspetteresti viene invece placata da piacevoli sentori maltati che danno un’evoluzione gustativa equilibrata senza stupire con effetti speciali, l’amaro se pur presente non risulta eccessivo permettendo anche in retrolfatto a sentori più “dolci” di venir fuori.
Ottima interpretazione dei ragazzi di Cittareale.

At the sight a golden aspect, the nose is immediately gentle, the herbaceous notes come out together with a sweet floral, but the Ginevra amazes in the drink where it flows fast, the aggressive hopping that you would expect is instead placated by pleasant malty hints that give a balanced gustatory evolution without surprising with special effects, the bitterness, although present, is not excessive, allowing even more “sweet” hints to emerge in the aftertaste.
