Siamo nella periferia Ovest di Roma ed andiamo a provare le creazioni di Simone e Gianluca, proprietari di Hop and Oak
La loro IPA in collaborazione con Birrificio Altotevere si presenta al meglio con una lattina con una grafica curata ed accattivante.
Dorata all’aspetto, velata e con un cappello di schiuma bianca persistente e cremosa.
Al naso spiccano il Citra ed il Lemondrop utilizzati in cotta ed in dry hopping.
Il corpo è presente come una buona carbonazione, scende giù veloce ed il finale amaro come lo aspetti senza essere eccessivamente spinto.
Il locale, neanche a dirlo, è all’altezza della Clorofilla…o è il contrario?

We are in the western suburbs of Rome and we are going to try the creations of Simone and Gianluca, owners of Hop And Oak. Their IPA in collaboration with Altotevere is presented at its best with a can with well-finished and captivating graphics. Golden in appearance, veiled and with a persistent and creamy white foam cap. On the nose, Citra and Lemondrop stand out, used in dry hopping too. The body is present as a good carbonation, it flew down fast and the final it’s bitter as you expect it without being excessively strong, needless to say, the place is up to the Clorofilla … or is it the contrary?
