Amber Ale – Bìere de Garde

Amber Ale di Birrificio 2 Sorelle 7,5%
Birra in stile Bière de Garde, come amano descriverla le sorelle Toso, si presenta color ambrato con un cappello di schiuma denso color panna, sentori di crosta di pane e di tostato accompagnati da note caramellate. Corpo presente così come un accenno di frizzantezza.
Avvolgente ed intensa la Amber Ale nel finale regala anche una piacevole nota alcolica.
Nel 2021 è stata inserita da slow food nell’elenco delle “Birre imperdibili” a conferma dell’ottimo lavoro delle giovani sorelle della provicia di Cuneo e del loro birrificio “super green”.

Beer in the “Bière de Garde “style, as the Toso sisters like to describe it, it is amber colored with a dense cream-colored foam cap, hints of bread crust and toast accompanied by caramelized notes.
Body present as well as a hint of sparkle.
Enveloping and intensely the Amber Ale in the finish also gives a pleasant alcoholic note.
In 2021 it was included by slow food in the list of “unmissable beers” confirming the excellent work of the young sisters of the province of Cuneo and their “super green” brewery.
