Una birra che vuole svernare e ci proietta verso la bella stagione: schiuma prepotente e un colore violaceo così intenso che ci fa sperare di andare in stazione, prendere un biglietto e partire.
È piena di ribes nero e viene acidificata direttamente nella fornace di lactobacilli.
Dopo un ingresso molto dolce e zuccherino, si vira in direzione acidulo dato dal lievito e dalla spezia di sommacco: simile al succo di limone.
Dissetante, fresca e leggera 4,5%; supporta benissimo una sete impaziente.

Flying the Czech flag 🇨🇿, Axiom Brewery continues with Berliner’s Sour Station series. A beer that wants to overwinter and propels us towards the summer: overwhelming foam and a purple color so intense that it makes us hope to go to the station, take a ticket and leave. It is filled with black currants and is acidified directly in the lactobacilli furnace. After a very sweet and sugary entrance, it turns in the sour direction given by the yeast and the sumac spice: similar to lemon juice. Refreshing, fresh and light 4.5%; supports an impatient thirst very well.
