In abito scuro, impenetrabile con una schiuma generosa giusta per arricciare il naso. SHIRE Brewing dedica questa birra alla famosa strada di Dublino dove nacque Oscar Wilde.
Una birra che esalta la sua particolarità per l’aggiunta in bollitura di ostriche della Bretagna.
Corpo leggero, di facile beva 4%, sentori di leggero salmastro sono accompagnati da note rustiche di tostatura e di terra.
Ci piace gustarla sulla Galway Bay abbinata ovviamente ad un ricco piatto di ostriche.

In a dark suit, impenetrable with a generous foam just right to wrinkle the nose. @shirebrewing dedicates this beer to the famous Dublin street where Oscar Wilde was born. A beer that enhances its particularity by adding Brittany oysters to the boil. Light body, easy to drink 4%, hints of light brackish are accompanied by rustic notes of toasting and earth. We like to enjoy it on Galway Bay paired of course with a rich plate of oysters.
