Acid Trip – Sour Ipa

Probabilmente la più riuscita di quelle che abbiamo provato del team Axiom Brewery
La Ipa forse è lo stile che preferiamo meno, ma questi ragazzi sanno dove mettere le mani.
I batteri lattici acidificano il mosto per esprimere al meglio il carattere Sour. La gradazione 7,5% perfettamente nascosta ci porta verso una bevuta che pulisce il palato con un rischiamo senza fine.
Dissetante delicata e gradevole, perfetta per la bella stagione!

Probably the most successful of the ones we’ve tried from the Axiom Brewery team. The IPA is perhaps the style we prefer the least, but these guys know where to put their hands. Lactic bacteria acidify the must to best express the sour character. The perfectly hidden 7.5% alcohol leads us to a drink that cleans the palate with an endless risk. Delicate and pleasant thirst quencher, perfect for the summer!
