Si presenta con questo meraviglioso colore ambrato quasi arancio e con un’abbondante schiuma. Gli aromi sono fortemente agrumati con note di floreale. In bocca l’elevata carbonazione ci spiazza un po’, molto superiore alla media per una birra di questo genere, e ci fa quasi pensare più a una fresca reinterpretazione di una fermentazione mai doma che a una tranquilla bassa fermentazione Francone.
A suo favore c’è sicuramente la freschezza che la rende molto particolare. L’abbiamo provata alla fonte, nel birrificio stesso, dove siamo stati accolti con grande piacere dallo staff.

It comes with this wonderful amber almost orange color and with an abundant foam. The aromas are strongly citrusy with floral notes. In the mouth, the high carbonation displaces us a little, much higher than the average for a beer of this kind, and almost makes us think more of a fresh reinterpretation of a fermentation that is never tame than of a quiet Franconian bottom fermentation. In its favor there is certainly the freshness that makes it very special. We tried it at the source, in the brewery itself, where we were welcomed with great pleasure by the staff.
