Della birra ne abbiamo già parlato a luglio dell’anno scorso con un post in cui abbiamo spiegato le varie sensazioni che ci dava berla in bottiglia qui a Roma.
Ma lì a Bamberga la situazione cambia notevolmente, l’emozione di richiedere 4U è indescrivibile.
L’atmosfera e la bellezza della birreria ti travolge e la perfezione della Ungespundet servita alla giusta temperatura e con un cappello di schiuma fatto ad arte fa tutto il resto, non è bere 4 “lager” come loro spesso chiamano in generale tutte le basse, è un’esperienza di vita.

We already talked about beer in July last year with a post in which we explained the various sensations that we enjoyed it in the bottle here in Rome. But there in Bamberg the situation changes considerably, the emotion of requesting 4U is indescribable. The atmosphere and beauty of the brewery overwhelms you and the perfection of the Ungespundet served at the right temperature and with an artfully made foam hat does everything else, it’s not drinking 4 “lagers” as they often generally call all the low fermentations, it’s a life experience.
