Free Quadraro – Session IPA

Il nostro amico Bruno Demonte di Spillo birra & cucina al Quadraro, in collaborazione con Officina del Baccano di Campagnano di Roma, ci propone la sua Bomba per l’estate: Free Quadraro, una Session IPA da 4,5%. Bellissima la lattina che evoca la Resistenza del quartiere Quadraro nella seconda guerra mondiale, quando il Generale Nazista Kappler definì il quartiere, decisamente antifascista, un “Nido di Vespe”. Giallo oro, intenso e velato. Una schiuma bianca compatta e copiosa. Al naso profumi di mango e pesche sciroppate. In bocca un amaro persistente che toglie la sete e lascia un palato molto fresco…ben fatto Bruno!!!

The can that evokes the Resistance of the Quadraro district in the Second World War, when the Nazi General Kappler defined the a decidedly anti-fascist neighborhood, a “wasp’s nest”. Golden yellow, intense and veiled. A compact and copious white foam. On the nose aromas of mango and peaches in syrup. In the mouth a persistent bitterness that takes away the thirst and leaves a very fresh palate… well done Bruno!!!
