The Insidious Ember Golem del Birrificio norvegese Krecher
NEIPA da 8% dal colore dorato carico, leggermente velato, abbondante schiuma bianca.
Al naso ti travolge con agrumi, frutta tropicale, mango, ananas, pesca e albicocca.
Questo grazie alle variazioni del luppolo Citra, addizionato ad un lievito speciale di casa Krecher.
Sapori che ritroviamo nella bevuta e nel finale molto amaro. Si ritrova un sottofondo di crosta di pane e di malto nel palato.
Nel complesso una birra, per quanto eccessiva d’impatto, molto equilibrata nel finale.

NEIPA with a deep golden color, slightly hazy, abundant white foam.
The nose overwhelms you with citrus, tropical fruit, mango, pineapple, peach and apricot.
This is thanks to the variations of Citra hops, added to a special yeast from Krecher.
Flavors that we find in the drink and in the very bitter finish.
There is an undertone of bread crust and malt on the palate.
Overall a beer, albeit excessive in impact, very balanced in the finish.
