New England IPA – Brasseria della Fonte – 7% alc vol.
Come da copione il nostro amico Cesaroni di Pienza ci presenta questa New England IPA schietta di un colore giallo torbido con una bella schiuma Bianca.
Al naso siamo sopraffatti da frutti esotici e grande presenza di pepe che spicca non appena si versa nel bicchiere.
In bocca l’amaro spinge veramente forte ma d’altronde lo stile lo impone grazie a un lavoro di luppolatura abbondante di origine oltreoceano.
Questi luppoli oltre che apportare la corretta percentuale di amarezza sprigionano sapori variegati: ananas mango ma anche pesca e arancia.
Il finale è fresco e asciutto allo stesso tempo.
Lascia una bocca pulita, non impastata, in modo tale da chiederne ancora. Lattina come sempre essenziale che contraddistingue la linea pura e dura del birrificio.

As expected, our friend Cesaroni from Pienza presents us this frank New England IPA of a cloudy yellow color with a beautiful white foam.
On the nose we are overwhelmed by exotic fruits and a great presence of pepper that stands out as soon as it is poured into the glass.
In the mouth the bitterness pushes really hard but on the other hand the style dictates it thanks to an abundant hopping of overseas origin.
As well as providing the correct percentage of bitterness, these hops release variegated flavors: pineapple mango but also peach and orange.
The finish is fresh and dry at the same time.
Leave a clean, unclamped mouth so you can ask for more.
Can as always essential that distinguishes the pure and hard line of the brewery.
