Assaggiamo questa Ipa del birrificio Laziale facendoci trasportare dai suoi profumi così tropicali, alla vista è dorata e leggermente velata con un bel cappello di schiuma bianca persistente.
Al naso Passion Fruit e Mango dominano, stupisce non percepire immediatamente il cocco che però si presenta prepotente in bevuta ed in retrolfatto.
L’imbocco infatti è un trionfo di cocco, il corpo è di media presenza ed una minima carbonazione.
L’evoluzione è amara ed il finale secco, resta questo retrolfatto spettacolare così tropicale da far dimenticare i suoi 7%, ottima Ipa dei ragazzi di Latina.

Let’s taste this Ipa from the Lazio brewery letting ourselves be carried away by its tropical scents, at the sight it is golden and slightly veiled with a nice persistent white foam cap.
On the nose Passion Fruit and Mango dominate, it is surprising not to immediately perceive the coconut which however presents itself overwhelming in the drink and in the aftertaste.
In fact, the entrance is a triumph of coconut, the body is of medium presence and minimal carbonation.
The evolution is bitter and the finish is dry, this spectacular aftertaste remains so tropical as to make you forget its 7%, excellent Ipa of the guys from Latina.
