Da Ostia a Porta Furba la strada non è neanche così lunga, Daniele De Rossi ex capitano nonché simbolo di Roma e dei romanisti negli ultimi 20 anni è il protagonista di un omaggio che i ragazzi di 16Birra confezionano a quattro mani con Eternal City Brewing.
Bionda, proprio come quel caschetto di quel bimbo nato ad Ostia nell’83 che sfoggiava orgoglioso il suo primo completino della sua squadra del cuore, la sua schiuma bianca è abbondante e abbastanza persistente.
I profumi sono quelli degli agrumi e della frutta tropicale, in bevuta scorre veloce e dissetante, il finale è secco e leggermente amaro pur se accompagnato da un retrolfatto carico di sentori fruttati ed agrumati che rendono la conclusione della nostra bevuta piacevole e rinfrescante, ottima Ipa, ne berresti a non finire.
