Alla vista questa Orange Gose ci racconta già tanto di quella che sarà la nostra bevuta, il colore ambrato quasi arancione ci fa capire che il ruolo delle arance è cruciale in tutti gli aspetti.
Un cappello di schiuma bianca grossolana ed abbastanza persistente, al naso ovviamente agrumi ma anche note speziate di Coriandolo, infatti spicca tra gli ingredienti con i suoi semi proprio il Coriandolo assieme al sale dell’himalaya ed alle arance.
In bocca la sezione agrumata è protagonista fino all’ingresso di quella minerale del sale.
Leggera e beverina e vista la componente citrica la vediamo bene abbinata ad un antipasto a base di frutti di mare.

At the sight of this Orange Gose it already tells us so much about what our drink will be, the amber color almost orange makes us understand that the role of oranges is crucial in all aspects.
A cap of coarse and fairly persistent white foam, obviously citrus on the nose but also spicy notes of Coriander, in fact Coriander stands out among the ingredients with its seeds together with Himalayan salt and oranges.
In the mouth, the citrus section is the protagonist up to the entrance of the mineral section of salt.
Light and drinkable and given the citric component we see it well combined with a seafood starter.
