Sardegna, terra magica, ricca di storia e tradizione ci regala questa realtà del Birrificio Birra Lara.
Gianni e Francesca da sempre nel mondo dell’agricoltura si cimentano in questo progetto, motivati dalla passione per la birra.
Il risultato è eccellente.
Assaggiamo, dalle amiche de Osteria dell’Arco la “Del Senatore”, una Blanche da 4,3% di grano duro “Senatore Cappelli” appunto, coltivato sulle terre dell’azienda.
Un colore giallo carico con una schiuma bianca e un profumo di vaniglia e bergamotto.
Il gusto è molto agrumato, caratteristico di questo stile.
Una bevuta facile gustosa che ci mette di buon umore e ci fa godere.

The result is excellent.
We taste, from the Amiche de Osteria dell’Arco, the “Del Senatore”, a Blanche from 4.3% durum wheat, “Senatore Cappelli” in fact, grown on the company’s lands.
A deep yellow color with a white head and a scent of vanilla and bergamot. The taste is very citrusy, characteristic of this style.
An easy and tasty drink that puts us in a good mood and makes us enjoy.
