Sappiamo delle loro coltivazioni, dei loro frutteti, luppoleti e di come riescono ad essere veramente indipendenti anche nella rete vendita.
Una vera e propria eccellenza del campo dei birrifici agricoli e artigianali . Questa è una Sour, ovviamente.
La Grapes Grandma’s Cake nel nome ha tutto il suo stile.
Colore ambrato velato quasi torbido.
Al naso note intense acide ben bilanciate dal profumo di vaniglia.
In bocca si sente sciroppo di acero, marmellata di pesche e vaniglia, vaniglia a profusione.
Il finale rimane dolce, ma non troppo.
Nel complesso, come sempre per questa tipologia, una birra da fine pasto, in accompagnamento con una crostata o semplicemente da sola.
Veramente si sente la torta della nonna, un sapore confortevole che sa di casa.
