Secondo lavoro del birrificio di San Pietroburgo che andiamo ad assaggiare, si tratta di una Milk Stout da 6,9° dove il protagonista indiscusso è il cocco. Alla vista un nero deciso ed un cappello di schiuma beige chiaro.
Al naso troviamo subito le note torrefatte e di cocco che ci pervadono i sensi olfattivi.
Mandandola giù il corpo è rotondo e leggermente setoso ma senza essere pieno, quasi assente del tutto la frizzantezza mentre spicca una sensazione che riconduce all’umami unito ad una lieve nota acida.
Il finale rimane abbastanza secco nonostante nel retrolfatto continuiamo a percepire fortissimo il profumo del cocco andando a perdere un po’ tutte quelle sensazioni di caffè e cioccolato tipiche.

The finish remains quite dry despite the fact that in the aftertaste we continue to perceive the scent of coconut very strongly, losing some of those typical coffee and chocolate sensations.
