La Key Lime Pie è la torta tipica delle Key West, isole a largo di Miami, nei suoi ingredienti spiccano il Lime, il Digestive (biscotto al burro) sbriciolato ed il latte condensato. Sarà troppo provare a portare in lattina sapori tanto deciso e contrastanti allo stesso tempo? Per i ragazzi di Helsinborg a quanto pare no! Di fatto tra gli ingredienti di questa Berliner Weisse troviamo non solo lime e lattosio ma anche il Cocco ed il lampone.
Il risultato è clamoroso, un color lampone intenso, un cappello di schiuma rosa corposo ma evanescente, al naso un trionfo di biscotto al burro e lampone.
In bevuta sorprende la sua scorrevolezza dove spunta fuori l’acidulo del Lime.
Nel retrolfatto lo spettacolo della sensazione di aver appena finito di mangiare una cheescake al lampone e cocco, a parole sembrerebbe “troppa” ma la sua facilità di beva vi sorprenderà.

The result is sensational, an intense raspberry color, a full-bodied but evanescent pink foam hat, a triumph of butter biscuit and raspberry on the nose.
When drunk, its smoothness surprises where the acidity of Lime comes out. In the aftertaste the spectacle of the sensation of having just finished eating a raspberry and coconut cheesecake, in words it would seem “too much” but its ease of drinking will surprise you.
