Oscar Mild – Mild Ale

Mild, ovvero dolce!
Questa è al caratteristica principale dello stile inglese che negli ultimi anni sta riprendendo vigore dopo che, il secondo dopoguerra ne segnò un lento declino a vantaggio delle bitter.
Sia chiaro, non che manchi l’amaro ma è comunque attore non protagonista della bevuta.
TORRE MOZZA, Craft Beers birrificio di Rovigo, interpreta lo stile con la Oscar Mild – una Dark Mild (esistono Mild anche di colore chiaro ma non sono così comuni) da 3,8 gradi alcolici.
Nel bicchiere si presenta di colore mogano con riflessi ramati e un cappello di schiuma beige.
Profumi di nocciola e note maltate, sono il preludio ad una bevuta dal gusto terroso, leggermente erbaceo con spunti di frutti rossi e leggero caramello. Scorre veloce con un corpo leggero e snello che lascia la bocca asciutta e un leggero amaro in retrogusto grazie ai luppoli, tipicamente inglesi, Fuggles, Target.

This is the main feature of the English style that in recent years is regaining vigor after the second post-war period marked a slow decline in favor of bitters. Let me be clear, not that bitter is missing but he is still a supporting actor of the drink.
Torre Mozza, a Rovigo brewery, interprets the style with the Oscar Mild – a Dark Mild (there are also light colored Milds but they are not so common) with 3.8 percent alcohol.
In the glass it has a mahogany color with coppery reflections and a beige foam cap.
Aromas of hazelnut and malty notes are the prelude to a drink with an earthy, slightly herbaceous taste with hints of red fruits and light caramel.
It flows fast with a light and slender body that leaves the mouth dry and a slight bitterness in the aftertaste thanks to hops, bottlers, Fuggles, Target.
