Crevette Blanche ovvero Gambero Bianco in lingua francese.
Mezzopasso, birrificio abruzzese in quel di Popoli, provincia di Pescara, all’interno della Riserva Naturale “Sorgenti del Pescara” e centro termale dell’Appennino Centrale, annovera tra le sue produzioni questa ricetta belga già vincitrice del Certificato di Eccellenza del Brussels Beer Challenge 2017.
Di colore giallo pallido e una leggera velatura è sormontata da un cappello di schiuma generoso che sprigiona in aroma agrume e coriandolo.
La bevuta è scorrevole, citrica e speziata con un finale secco e dissetante
Ci ha rigenarato alla fine di un bellissimo trekking nel Parco della Maiella!

Mezzopasso, brewery in Popoli, Pescara province, within the “Sorgenti del Pescara” Nature Reserve and spa center of the Central Apennines, includes this Belgian recipe among its productions already winner of the Certificate of Excellence of the Brussels Beer Challenge 2017.
Pale yellow in color and a slight haze it is topped by a generous foam cap that releases citrus and coriander aromas.
The drink is flowing, citric and spicy with a dry and thirst-quenching finish.
It regenerated us at the end of a beautiful trekking in the Maiella Park!
