Caronte – Extra Foreign Stout

Extra Foreign Stout, ovvero birre di matrice anglosassone, destinate all’esportazione e per questo mediamente più alcoliche e luppolate.
Il microbirrificio romano Entire Brewing con la Caronte esplora l’universo di queste stout che nell’800 venivano prodotte esclusivamente per essere inviate nelle colonie inglesi per soddisfare la sete dei sudditi lontani dalla terra di Albione.
Caffè espresso, liquirizia, leggero cioccolato e caramello caratterizzano la bevuta per un finale secco e amaro.
Il grado alcolico segna 7 gradi.
