Nasce come birra celebrativa nel 2015 per festeggiare i compagni di nazionalità di Mikkeller, il successo è tanto che da quel momento la Batch1000 diventa simbolo di Amager.Alla vista dorata ma torbida con un cappello di schiuma bianca appena grossolana e leggermente pannosa. Al naso un trionfo tropicale grazie al luppolo Sorachi utilizzato in gran quantità nelle due fasi di dry hopping. Tra i profumi il lichies ed il passion Fruit.In bevuta un corpo presente, poca frizzantezza ed un’immediata svolta amara in bocca. Nel retrolfatto si ripresentano le note tropicali a cui si aggiunge una nota dolciastra che ricorda il cocco, la chiusura e secca ed amara nonostante tutto, una ddh di 6 anni di età che ovviamente ad oggi risulta “old school” anche per il suo essere equilibrata senza risultare eccessivamente juicy come le ddh più recenti.

At the sight golden but cloudy with a cap of slightly coarse and slightly creamy white foam. A tropical triumph on the nose thanks to the Sorachi hops used in large quantities in the two dry hopping phases. Among the scents, lichies and passion Fruit. When drunk, a present body, little sparkle and an immediate bitter turn in the mouth. In the aftertaste the tropical notes reappear to which a sweet note reminiscent of coconut is added, the closure is dry and bitter in spite of everything, a 6-year-old ddh that obviously today looks “old school” also for its being balanced without being overly juicy like the newer ddhs.
