Cominciamo dall’etichetta che ritrae le bellezze di Piazza San Marco il tutto stampato con colori che brillano al buio, i ragazzi di Pordenone ci tengono a farci sapere che si definiscono birrificio agricolo, tutte le materie prime sono a km0 con macinatura dei malti nelle 24 ore della raccolta.
Il risultato è degno di nota, bionda con un gran cappello di schiuma compatta e cremosa bianca.
Il profumo spettacolare è dominato dalla “freschezza” dei malti, si ha il naso di quando in un birrificio entri nella malteria.
Nonostante la rifermentazione in bottiglia ed il Dry Hopping non si ha la sensazione di bere una superluppolata, giusto una chiusura decisa ed un floreale piacevole.
Il corpo è ben presente, frizzantezza media.
Veramente una gran birra.

The result is noteworthy, blonde with a large cap of compact and creamy white foam.
The spectacular scent is dominated by the “freshness” of the malts, you have the sensation of the scents that you smell when you enter in the malting of a brewery.
Despite the refermentation in the bottle and the Dry Hopping, there is no sensation of drinking a super-hopped one, just a decisive closure and a pleasant floral.
The body is well present, medium sparkling. Really great beer.
