Alla vista un colore ambrato ed un cappello di schiuma panna compatta, al naso spicca il caramello ed un piacevole sentore di spezie, per lo più pepe bianco.
Carbonazione presente e corpo medio, il retrolfatto è predominio del caramello, in finale si vira decisamente verso l’amaro con una chiusura secca e decisa.

At the sight an amber color and a compact cream foam cap, the caramel stands out on the nose and a pleasant hint of spices, mostly white pepper. Carbonation present and medium body, the aftertaste is predominant of caramel, in the final it turns decidedly towards bitterness with a dry and decisive finish.
