Mr. Carlo – DDH Session IPA

Tripla collaborazione tra Birrificio Babylon e 16 Birra con l’aggiunta di Pupazzaro’s art che firma l’etichetta, la quale ci entusiasma per noi romani & romanisti.
Leggermente torbida, il lievito Verdant esalta sentori fruttati di tropicale e agrumi. Ottima come apripista, di facile beva 4,2%.
Nonostante il doppio dry hopping il finale amaro non è invasivo ma delicato.
Ci piace, ben fatta, da provare!

Triple collaboration between Birrificio Babylon and 16 Birra Pub with the addition of Pupazzaro (italian artist) who signs the label, which excites us for us Romans & Romanists.
Slightly cloudy, Verdant yeast enhances fruity tropical and citrus scents. Excellent as a trailblazer, easy to drink 4.2%.
Despite the double dry hopping, the bitter finish is not invasive but delicate. We like it, well done, to try!
