Omid Brown Ale di Birra Alta Quota 7,2%
Alla vista bruna e torbida, il cappello di schiuma che all’inizio appare grossolano e poco persistente dopo poco si assesta e si ricompatta in una schiuma cremosa e con grana fine.
Naso affumicato, quasi cenere, sembrerebbe quasi di avere davanti una Rauch.
Alla bevuta il corpo si rivela medio e senza troppa frizzantezza, leggera piccantezza ed acidità sulla lingua mentre il finale è smoked deciso.
Unico dubbio rimane sulla definizione, ma si sa che queste sono più dettagli che altro, altra particolarità sta nell’uso del farro di Cittareale che ne dona ulteriore complessità.
Aldilà delle definizioni un’ottima Brown, perfetta in abbinamento con salumi e formaggi per un super aperitivo!
