Nel pieno stile Italian Pilsner la after sauna nel processo di produzione ha anche un dry-hopping che le dona un bouquet leggermente agrumato, per il resto siamo in linea sia per colore dorato che per la limpidezza, un abbondante cappello di schiuma bianca compatta e cremosa, al naso oltre ai già citati sentori apportati dal dry-hopping abbiamo la sezione dei malti con profumi di crosta di pane e cereale.
In bevuta scorre dissetante con un corpo appena presente.
Birra perfetta per i primi caldi, beverina e con il giusto carattere.
