Ape Regina – Belgian Ale

Già dal nome si ha una certa idea degli ingredienti della APE Regina, Belgian Ale del birrificio marchigiano Birra MC – 77 che personalizza lo stile belga con l’aggiunta del nettare degli dei: il Miele. Colore dorato carico, bel cappello di schiuma e aroma intenso che sprigiona oltre al miele i sentori tipici dello stile: frutta matura, pasta frolla e speziature. Nel palato il malto la fa da padrone, ma il corpo risulta morbido e molto bilanciato anche grazie all’impiego dei luppoli che aggiungono quel tanto di amaricante da equilibrare tutto. La conta alcolica segna 6,9 gradi
