Black – Stout

Black Stout di Birra Turbacci
Si presenta con il suo abito scuro e impenetrabile, con un bellissimo cappello color cappuccino. Dal bicchiere escono tutti i profumi della torrefazione, caffè su tutti , e caramello. Nella bevuta ritroviamo tutte le sensazioni olfattive con un leggero sentore di liquirizia. Il finale relativamente secco, tipico dello stile di Turbacci che nelle sue “creature” predilige i malti rispetto ai luppolo, gradazione decisa di 6,5%. Da abbinare alle polpette di Nonna Sandra: “Provare per credere ”

Black Stout by Turbacci
It presents itself with its dark and impenetrable dress, with a beautiful cappuccino-colored hat. All the aromas of roasting, coffee above all, and caramel come out of the glass. In drinking we find all the olfactory sensations with a slight hint of licorice. The relatively dry finish, typical of the Turbacci style which in its “creatures” prefers malts over hops, a decided gradation of 6.5%.
