Four Brothers – Baltic Porter

Nata dalla collaborazione tra Ritual Lab brewing&growing (Italia) e Brouwerij de Moersleutel (Olanda) la Four Brothers è una Baltic Porter da 7° gradi alcolici. Di colore quasi nero e un cappello di schiuma abbondante, cremoso e di un colore cappuccino scuro, al naso esprime tutti gli aromi tipici dello stile, dove i malti la fanno da padrone e la tostatura sprigiona sentori di orzo, caffè, pane tostato e leggero tabacco.In bocca i sentori della liquirizia, del cioccolato e del caramello fanno da contorno ad un corpo pieno, dove il dolce iniziale vira progressivamente sull’amaro in un finale pulito che richiama il bicchiere di nuovo alla bocca.

Born from the collaboration between Ritual Lab (Italy) and De Moersleutel (Holland), the Four Brothers is a Baltic Porter with a 7 ° alcohol content. Almost black in color and a cap of abundant, creamy foam and a dark cappuccino color, the nose expresses all the typical aromas of the style, where the malts are the masters and the toasting releases hints of barley, coffee, toast and light tobacco. In the mouth the hints of licorice, chocolate and caramel surround a full body, where the initial sweet gradually turns to bitterness in a clean finish that recalls the glass back to the mouth.
