Una Witbier d’ispirazione Belga: nel rispetto dello stile viene impiegato frumento non maltato e avena, immancabili sapori di buccia d’arancia e coriandolo. Scorre veloce , è splendidamente bilanciata da miele di produzione locale e menta piperita; quest’ultima la rende perfetta per la bella stagione. Le papille sono dolcemente accarezzate e si consiglia in abbinamento a formaggi a pasta molle.

A Belgian-inspired Witbier: in accordance with the style, unmalted wheat and oats are used, as well as flavors of orange peel and coriander. It flows fast, is beautifully balanced by locally produced honey and peppermint; the latter makes it perfect for the summer. The taste buds are gently caressed and it is recommended in combination with soft cheeses.
