Cifra 466 – English IPA

Si chiama 466 la English IPA da 6,2% che arriva dal microbirrificio Birring. Nel bicchiere è dorata con una bella schiuma bianca, presente e persistente a grana media.
Luppoli da ale inglesi come lo Styrian Goldings e l’East Kent Goldings la fanno da padroni e regalano un aroma deciso e leggermente fruttato. L’ingresso in bocca è morbido e il sapore vira velocemente verso un amaro molto piacevole.

It’s called 466 the 6.2% English IPA from the Birring microbrewery.
Golden in the glass it keeps a nice white foam, present and persistent with a medium grain.
English ale hops such as Styrian Goldings and East Kent Goldings are the main actors in this ale and give a strong and slightly fruity aroma.
The entry in the mouth is soft and the taste turns quickly towards a very pleasant bitterness.
